What a preview page contains

  • Predicted scoreline — derived from rolling xG, recent form and lineup news.
  • Recommended bet — the single selection that cleared the value-rating threshold, with edge, confidence and recommended stake from the 0.25u–3u grid.
  • Supporting tips — every published pick for that fixture, with verified bet365 mainline odds.
  • Form, H2H and lineups — last 5–10 matches per side, last 5 head-to-head meetings, confirmed/expected XIs once available.
  • Tracking lock — every pick is flagged is_tracked=true at publication and feeds the public results ledger.

How to read a prediction

A prediction is not a guarantee. Each fixture below carries an edge and a confidence — the edge is the gap between our projected probability and the bookmaker's implied probability; the confidence drives stake size, not selection. A 70% confidence pick at 1.80 odds is still a pick that loses three times in ten. Stake from a fixed unit, never chase, and only bet what you can afford to lose.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the match predictions come from?

Predicted scorelines, expected goals and head-to-head data are computed from API-Football fixture and stats data, then reviewed by the King's Top Tips editorial team before publication. We do not publish a prediction unless we can also justify it from team form, recent meetings and current odds.

How often is the predictions hub updated?

Predictions refresh daily by 4am UK time and again whenever team news (lineup releases, late injuries) changes the calculation. Lineup data populates roughly one hour before kick-off via our fetch-lineups pipeline.

Can I see head-to-head data for a specific match?

Yes. Open any fixture from the predictions hub and switch to the H2H tab to see the last five competitive meetings, average goals and recent form for both sides.
